As of September 21, 2016, Markham Property Services Ltd. has been certified to the ISO 9001 / SN 9001 Certification standard. We are extremely pleased to be able to serve our customers even better through the well-defined and documented procedures this certification requires. At MPS, we have always been committed to quality in the services we provide, this certification ensures a more productive environment through faster identification and resolution of quality issues in our Snow & Ice Management services, among many other benefits.
We partnered with Smithers Quality Assessments, www.smithersregistrar.com, an accredited quality & environmental management systems certification body, to achieve our certification.
This internationally recognized Business Management credential identifies MPS as an organization that meets the procedures, policies and requirements of ISO Quality Management, with specific written standards related to the Snow & Ice Management industry.
This exciting certification is an important step in allowing MPS Property Services Ltd. to continue to improve our customer satisfaction and overall quality of our operations.
