1. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CREW LEADERS
- MPS is looking for experienced individuals (2-3 years) with an excellent working knowledge of Landscape Maintenance tools and equipment, including zero-turn ride-on lawn mowers.
- Crew Leaders will be required to lead, instruct, supervise and participate in the safe and efficient operation of a Grounds Maintenance work crew.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence is required.
- Year-round employment is available.
2. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CREW LABOURERS
- MPS is looking for individuals to work on our Grounds Maintenance work crews. A working knowledge of Landscape Maintenance tools and equipment is an asset. Instruction and training is provided.
- This position requires the individual to efficiently and safely perform the required Grounds Maintenance tasks : cutting and trimming of turf areas; weeding, cultivating and edging of gardens; and the removal of litter and other debris from properties.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence is an asset.
- Year-round employment is available.
3. LANDSCAPE ENHANCEMENT CREW LEADERS
- MPS is looking for experienced individuals (3-5 years) with an excellent working knowledge of landscape tools and equipment, including backhoes and front end loaders. Knowledge of proper landscape techniques is also required.
- Crew leaders will be required to safely and efficiently lead, instruct, supervise and participate in a wide variety of landscape work, including : planting, sodding and pruning, interlock paving, retaining walls, garden construction, and must be able to work independently from plans or drawings.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence is required.
- Year-round employment is available.
4. LANDSCAPE ENHANCEMENT CREW LABOURERS
- MPS is looking for individuals with some experience to work on our Landscape Enhancement crews. This position involves some heavy lifting and a working knowledge of a wide range of landscaping tools and equipment.
- This position requires the individual to efficiently and safely perform a variety of tasks, including : planting, sodding and pruning, interlock paving, garden construction and lawn care.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence is required
- Year-round employment is available.
